Charcuterie Workshops

Dayton Charcuterie Gal will guide you through a hands-on workshop to assemble and create your very own board including seasonal varieties of cheese, meats, fruit, nuts and lavender-infused local honey. You’ll be able to garnish your board with lavender you hand pick from our lavender fields.

Class also includes a u-pick bundle of culinary lavender, lavender lemonade and feel free to bring your own beverages as well!

A French Summer - Cooking with Lavender

Friday, June 14th at 6:30pm

Join us on the Lavender Farm for an outdoor cooking class inspired by a French Summer! We’ll begin with a culinary lavender taste test in the lavender field, followed by serving and preparing sweet and savory favorites:

Mix your own jar of Herbs de Provence, with herbs commonly found in southern France, including lavender! Perfect for seasoning savory dishes.

Refreshing raspberry, lavender lemonade will be provided and guests are welcome to bring their own beverages to enjoy!

After class, wander the flower fields to pick a bundle of lavender to take home with you!

Evening Picnic in the Flower Fields & U-Pick Lavender

Saturday, June 29th 6 - 8pm

Join us for a summer evening on the farm to enjoy a gorgeous picnic-scape by Table in the Weeds followed by picking your own lavender and wildflower bundle!

Picnic set ups will be arranged in the fields surrounded by the beautiful natural landscape. Includes picnic place setting of plates, utensils, glassware and napkin as well as LaCroix sparkling water. You’ll bring your own food and other beverages to enjoy as you watch the sun fade and pick lavender and wildflowers.

This event is in the height of peak lavender bloom and our fields will be popping with purple color! You’re in for a truly amazing experience!

Autumn Outdoor Farm to Table Dinner

Saturday, September 14th 5 - 8pm

Join us on the farm to celebrate the flavors of the season! You’ll experience a beautiful evening on the covered patio of our barn overlooking the fields while local Chef Sammy Trick of All my Friends are Flowers prepares a farm to table meal.

Autumn harvest menu includes:

  • Roasted butternut squash soup with apples and thyme, topped with creme fraiche

  • Duck confit arugula salad, goat cheese, smoked cherries, crispy fried leeks, and apple cider vinaigrette

  • Warm tea and lemon lavender shortbread cookie which you’ll be able to ice yourself and decorate with edible flowers

Meal includes raspberry lavender lemonade and water, and you’re welcome to bring your own beverages to enjoy as well.

After the meal, wander the flower fields to pick a bundle of seasonal wildflowers and lavender!

Lavender-Inspired Fall Harvest Cooking Class

Sunday, October 5th at 5pm

Cozy up for an afternoon on the farm to make a delicious fall meal infusing florals and herbs with all the comforts of the season!

We’ll do a fresh culinary lavender taste test in the lavender field and each guest can pick a bundle of fall flowers!

Refreshing raspberry, lavender lemonade will be provided and guests are welcome to bring their own beverages to enjoy!
