Create an eye-catching hand-made decoration for your holiday table, tree or mantle! This 12” hand-woven snowflake decoration uses the famous Carolina Snowflake pattern developed by basket maker Billie Ruth Sudduth. Ornaments, made by Billie using this design, once hung in the White House!

Step-by-step guidance is provided by R. Darden Bradshaw, Associate Professor of Art Education and Area Coordinator for Art Education at the University of Dayton.

After class, wander the fields to pick a bundle of seasonal wildflowers and lavender. Complementary lavender lemonade and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring other snacks and beverages to enjoy during class!
