Cooking with Lavender | Sat, June 14th from 6pm-8pm
Join us for a magical summer evening!
The evening begins with a culinary lavender taste test in the lavender field, followed by enjoying and preparing sweet and savory lavender-inspired recipes. You’ll also mix your own jar of Herbs de Provence, which is a lovely blend of herbs commonly found in southern France, including lavender!
In this workshop, you’ll be making and enjoying:
Rosemary Lavender Infused Olive Oil with Baguette
Summer Salad with Lemon Lavender Vinaigrette
Lavender Apricot Chicken
Blueberry Lavender Hand Pie
Refreshing raspberry lavender lemonade will be provided and guests are welcome to bring their own beverages to enjoy!
After class, wander the flower fields to pick a bundle of lavender while you watch the sun fade.
Weather: If inclement weather, we will let you know if the event is cancelled and will work to reschedule.
