A late‑summer afternoon on the covered patio of our barn overlooking the flower fields sets the scene for a charming tea‑time workshop led by Chef Sammy Trick of All My Friends Are Flowers. You’ll settle in for a leisurely garden‑style gathering filled with delicate bites, fragrant teas, and a stroll through the wildflower fields to build your own bouquet.
You’ll be welcomed to a spread of classic tea‑party favorites with a seasonal twist - herbed cucumber sandwiches, curried chicken tea sandwiches, sweet and savory scones with homemade jams and clotted cream, petite tarts, and layered cakes. A selection of teas will be available to sip throughout the afternoon, along with lavender lemonade.
As you enjoy the breeze and the late‑summer light, we’ll guide you through creating your own hand‑picked bouquet, choosing stems directly from the lavender fields and seasonal wildflower patches.
You’ll leave with a full heart, a handmade bouquet, and the memory of a slow, beautiful afternoon among the flowers.
