Spring Lavender Retreat | Sat, June 7th from 9am-12pm
Enjoy an escape to the lavender farm for a calming sense of peace only nature provides in this three hour outdoor yoga retreat! Retreat led by Debbie Flynn, RYT 200, LSW. During this retreat you’ll be nestled in the 78-acres of tree-lined rolling hills of our lavender farm and in the workshop space of our historic barn, in Miamisburg, Ohio.
Retreat includes:
Gentle Yoga Flow
Aromatherapy Workshop to make your own custom essential oil blend to incorporate into an aromatherapy product
Wandering the lavender fields to pick your own bundle of Lavender & Wildflowers
Calming Meditation as warm summer sun rises
Guests are welcome to explore our Farm Stand where we have complimentary raspberry lavender lemonade and water along with a thoughtfully curated collection of lavender-inspired home, body, wellness and culinary products.
Ticket Price: $65
Weather Policy: Event is rain or shine! In the event of rain or wet grass, the event will be held on the covered patio of our barn. If inclement weather, Cedar Ridge Trails will notify you of a reschedule.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations within 7 days of the event will not be refunded. You can transfer your ticket to someone else to join in your place.
